Hi, My name Dale Travers. I’m an Australian photographer. I’ve been published in magazines such as Be-mag(Austria), One (USA) Rolla Australia) and Kingdom (England) magazine. I started this page mainly so my friends can keep track of my adventures and people can check out a lot of my photo’s that don’t make it into magazines. Rollerblade photography is completely Pro-active. This means if i don’t chase skaters and get off my ass, nothing is going to happen. I very rarely get paid but i do love traveling and meeting skaters from all over the world. Feel free to leave comments or get in touch with me to say hi.
All the photo’s on this blog can be viewed larger through photobucket just by clicking on them. This is my traveling website till i get home and make a real one.
Here’s a recent shot Jamie Stenner shot of me at a random skatepark we went to warm up in London. It’s a pretty dodgy park but this quarter was sweet for airs so i took advantage of it and got a shot.
Here’s a photo my girlfriend shot in London. I walked past this launch everyday on the way to work and made a mission of mine to shoot it before i moved house.
This was on our Europe-less tour through Europe. This skatepark is located in the hills of Germany called Brixlegg. I dropped into a 12 ft vert bowl for the run up for this 10 foot hip thats why im wearing a helmet.

nice pics!!! like your work!
dear Dale;
You might not remember me from that time at the skatemeet in dagenham, I´m the guy with the beard that brought you to the “magic roundabout”.
Hi, how are you? I hope everything is well and that you are keeping busy as you said was usual. The reason for me to get in touch with you is that I have been on the kingdom website and seen them pictures of the hackney bumps, man you are brave to go there, that place is known as the “gallyest” skate spot in East London!
So that has reminded me that i know of some other amazing and very unique place you will feel privileged to go to. As not very many skaters like going to odd skate spots, I think I have a really sweet biscuit for you.
Just get in touch via email and we can discuss that and some other places that I found while I lived in East London.
Roll on!
Azur
Hey Dale,
I didn’t know how much you travel, and I’m glad to see that someone is getting out and doing what they want. I have to say I am pretty jealous of the right hand drive Toyota MR2 MKII. (if I’m not mistaking, thats what model it is). Well just wanted to say hi, and mention that take some really good photo’s and I hope to travel down to Australia again someday (this time to actually skate and have a good time).
